As the only ones in Europe, we have a written guarantee of colour repeatability from SSAB. The coating is a part of the anti-corrosion coating category compliant with EN 10169. It guarantees a very long product life, strengthens mechanical scratch and UV radiation resistance. The high corrosion resistance of the X-Matt coating has been tested by exposure in aggressive marine and industrial environments. Zinc coating is min. 275 g / m². Durability and beauty is X-Matt.

GreenCoat Pural BT

The patented BT solution contains a significant amount of Swedish rapeseed oil in the coating instead of petroleum derivatives - for a greener environment. Optimally selected chemical composition of the coating and application of its 50 µm thickness ensure resistance to weather conditions, resulting in excellent corrosion and UV resistance. The delicate texture makes the surface very resistant to abrasion and wear. The reverse side of the sheet is covered with a two-layer grey coating, which further enhances corrosion resistance. The coating belongs to the category of anti-corrosion coatings according to EN 10169. Excellent forming properties allow complicated bending at temperatures down to -15 ° C. Polyester glance

This coating is produced by the German steelworks Arcelor Mittal. Its main characteristics are: high durability of the material from which it was made, resistance to scratching and various chemicals (acids and alkalis) and pollution. An additional advantage of the coating is good deformability. Polyester gloss is a type of thin film coating. The lacquer thickness is 25 μm (0.025 mm). The warranty period covers 10 years.

Ultramat

This high-grade organic coated steel coating has exceptional properties that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding investors. Particularly high resistance to corrosion and UV radiation, even in aggressive environments - categories RC4/RUV4. Ultramat shows remarkable flexibility at low temperatures, which allows the products to be stored for 6 months at temperatures down to -15°C. Extended warranty periods for the lack of perforation up to 20 years and for the preservation of the coating up to 15 years, ensure peace of mind for years to come. Thanks to the use of a structural, matt surface with a large grain, products in the Ultramat coating have unique aesthetics, increased durability and resistance to scratches. The thickness of the organic coating is 35 µm (0,035 mm).

S-PURE

Standard Class coating. The coating is produced by the largest steel manufacturer in the world - ArcelorMittal. The S-Pure coating has excellent resistance to corrosion, UV and has a good deformability. Here are its key technical features: adhesion of the coating (T bending) ≤ 2 T; bending resistance at bending (T bending) ≤ 3 T; impact resistance 18 J; surface hardness (pencil scale) HB to H; scratch resistance (Clemens test) ≥ 2 kg.
