D-MATT

The coating is produced by the largest steel manufacturer in the world - ArcelorMittal. As the only ones in Europe, we have a written guarantee of colour repeatability from ArcelorMittal. D-Matt coating means high durability and corrosion and scratch resistance. Here are the most important technical parameters: thickness of the decorative coating: 35 microns; adhesion of the coating (bending in T): ≤ 1 T; bending resistance at bending (bending in T): ≤ 2 T; impact resistance: 18 J; scratch resistance (Clemen): ≥ 1.5 kg; corrosion resistance: Category RC3; Ultraviolet radiation resistance: QUV (UVA + H2O) test (2000 hours). The patented BT solution contains a significant amount of Swedish rapeseed oil in the coating instead of petroleum derivatives - for a greener environment. Optimally selected chemical composition of the coating and application of its 50 µm thickness ensure resistance to weather conditions, resulting in excellent corrosion and UV resistance. The delicate texture makes the surface very resistant to abrasion and wear. The reverse side of the sheet is covered with a two-layer grey coating, which further enhances corrosion resistance.
